John Galliano
Due to John Galliano's missbehaviour he was fired and is no longer the designer of Christian Dior. As a consequence the show that was set for today was cancelled and the collection will be presented to a smaller public on Sunday. The former designer will not attend that presentation.
So to what question does this lead?
Of course to : Who will be next? Next designer for Dior?
No idea appearantly.
I never particularly liked his collections, but I wanted to show you some of the last he presented:
The Resort Collection 2011 (which I like a lot!)
S/S 2011 ( These hats don't please me that much)
The PreFall collection 2011
If you have seen the film "The King's speech" these days you might find a relation between these dresses and Wallis Simpson in the film. It's funny how everything just keeps coming back in fashion.

Personally I think it was brilliant! It absolutely deserved the Oscar.
