Sale here I come!

Today the summer sale started in Luxembourg and tomorrow I'm going to the shops with my mother. I really need new sandals and I'd like to have an new skirt. Today I also went to city to buy sunglasses-actually not for myself. But I almost bought a pair Tom Ford's too, but then I thought they were way too expensive.

Here some skirts I found on Net-a-porter, they're both Elizabeth&James, which is M-K and Ashley Olsen's clothing line. Both could be dressed up so nicely! I'm in quite a shopping fever at the moment caused by reading "Confessions of a shopaholic" throughout the weekend. Real funny. Becky Bloomwood is so naive in the beginning sometimes you'd like to go and help her. By times she even seems rather stupid, but all that's makes it raelly entertaining. I haven't seen the film yet but suppose one day I will.

Here a bikini and a jumpsuit which I also liked. The jumpsuit is by Elizabeth and James too, I really adore that brand! The only problem is I can't afford it..

An other thing I got addicted to is Lady Gaga's song "Alejandro". What do you think about it?

To buy or not to buy

Fuji Finepix S6500fd

I'm thinking of buying this camera that a friend's mother is selling. I don't know that much about cameras. So could anyone tell me wether I'm doing good in buying this one? I'm not certain wether I should buy it because I'm hugely intrested in photography. But I might become if I have it! I'd like to take better photos then with my old camera. Then I'd be able to post outfit posts ;)

In July I'm going to participate in the Elite Model Contest. It was a completely spontanous decision, I don't think I have any real chances to get through. But it's a great experience and it's gonna be fun :) I'm going there with Steffi. Visit her blog! :)

get shaky after school

Here today's outfit. I wear a Zara skirt and jeans and a shirt from Promod. Underneath a photo collage I did this afternoon. I have a new photoshop and tried this. It includes today's and yesterday's outfit. Apparantly I should be learning right now but I'm far too tired. Everyone else can watch football and I have to learn...
I like football a lot, I used to play myself. ( But I played really badly haha) Everyone's really excited about football right now! I hope Spain or Argentina wins.

Those glorious days..

Here something I've been drawing like a week ago. Sorry for the bad quality of the photo.. and the right one isn't quite finished. I love the dress on the left, I was inspired by Lanvin S/S 2010. The dress on the right is a little more simple.

This week has been so great! I met some old friends and had a lot of fun with them. Today I went to a flower market with my mother, aunt and cousin. Actually I'm not that intrested in flowers but I had my cousin to chat with. She's same old as I am and I also hadn't seen her for ages. My mother bought some flowers. We have  a real big garden but my mum doesn't have much time for gardening.

Today was Mother's day in Luxembourg and I gave my mother a necklace (which she likes a lot) and a purse ( in which is not enough space for all her cards). We gave flowers to my grandmothers, so today was a real flower-day!

As I had said here another post about an A/W collection. This time I picked out Marc by Marc Jacobs, one of my favourite brands! First I thought I wasn't going to like this collection, but I soon changed my mind. The looks are either military, ladylike or with plaids. There are gonna be a lot of plaids this autumn! I always wonder how all designers can have clothes of a same trend in their collection. I mean are they copying on each other or how do they do it? I like the military and ladylike looks out of the collection best. Ladylike always appeals to me. My own style is rather chic and feminine, but still trendy.

I also like the sun-glasses in one of the pictures, though I think there's not going to be so much sun in winter! Today we watched a film about climate change in school. It was talking about the raising sea levels and how there are going to be huge floodings everywhere. Just the way it is in Poland at the moment. I sometimes wonder wether this whole climate change is really going to happen. It still seems so unbelievable to me..

I'd love to have a new blazer! I already have a black one but I think this always looks so business-woman alike. I'm thinking of buying one in softer colours such as light grey or nude or pale pink. Here a blazer from ASOS that I quite like. ( I think I use the word like pretty much- way too much )

Let's see what the future brings

This last time I've been rather thoughtful and busy doing other things, so I wasn't really motivated to post something on my blog. I've been neglecting fashion a litlle the past weeks. Which I want to change again. I haven't even seen the A/W collections. Well a few such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton, of which I prefer Louis Vuitton. I like the feminine dresses, but I can't imagine everyone going through the streets in such dresses. It reminds me a lot of 40's and 50's dresses. ( I hope I'm right). I like it that women never wore shorts or tight tops. Nowadays when you see a woman you know immediatly what her body is like. Back in these times it was not as easy as that for men what I woman's body was like. I think this takes a lot of mystery of a woman. What do you think?

Out of the range of 90's supermodels I like Claudia Schiffer best. I like her classy ways and I think she's one of the most beautiful women on earth.

Today I was supposed to go on a workshop where they teach you how to draw clothes the way a designer does an such stuff. But when I got there I was told that the workshop had been cancelled out of some unknown reasons- I was really disappointed, I'd have loved to go there. I don't actually want to become a designer but as well I like drawing.

Well then I spent my day at home reading a book. ( Mrs. Dalloway-Virginia Woolf)

Yesterday I went shopping with my mum ; ) I got shorts, trousers and a shirt. More photos to come tomorrow.
